The successful candidate must have

  1. A good first degree and a relevant Master’s degree from a reputable university
  2. A Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage but not required
  3. Minimum of 5 years experience in managing people
  4. Experience in labour-related issues
  5. Experience in collective bargaining
  6. An understanding of the Maritime industry will be a plus
