The Chief Digital Officer (CDO) will drive the development, roadmap, and execution of the Bank’s digital transformation strategy in the short, mid and long term. The CDO is mandated to formulate an end-to-end digital business strategy, lead the activation of product, services, and solution roadmaps, design new customer experience and business models, and champion digital business transformation within the Bank. The individual is responsible for the adoption of digital technologies across the entire business.

This is a Senior IT role and is responsible for the entire Bank’s Service Delivery Management, establishing and then driving the Bank’s technological vision while leading all aspects of the Bank’s technology development. Leads the Service Delivery Team and plays an integral role in the Bank’s strategic direction, development, and growth agenda. The IT Service Delivery Manager oversees several key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end-users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This position is a stakeholder-facing role and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT team to achieve those expectations to a high standard

Details

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) reports to the MD and is responsible for establishing the SFB’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. The CTO is the company top technology executive, playing an integral role in the SFB’s strategic direction, development, and future growth. The CTO is responsible for managing the Bank’s technology resources and support facilities, local, wide, wireless, Internet, and Intranet networks, telephone, and all related software programs. CTO plans, organizes, and controls the Bank’s day-to-day IT resource activities, and collaborates with the all-important stakeholders. CTO to ensure the Bank’s environment is secure and stable, commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public.

People reporting to the position of Chief Information Technology Officer include data processing, electronic banking, Internet banking, information technology, central services, special projects, and other departments. CTO develops and implements IT architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs. The position of CTO performs supervisory duties of department staff and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas of the department & assists in attaining established Bank operational and financial goals.
