Accra College of Education 11th Congregation Ceremony Schedule 2019

Accra College of Education 11th congregation ceremony schedule (date, time and venue) for 2019 has been released.

All 2018 graduands of the Accra College of Education who shall take part in the 11th Congregation happening on Saturday, May 18, 2019 should take note of the following information.

The information is strictly for Regular Graduands only.

The 11th Congregation of the College will take place on Saturday, 18th May, 2019 at 10:00am.

Rehearsal, registration and collection of Academy Gowns start at 7:30am.

Graduates who would like to take certificates on the same day after the Congregation should clear themselves at the various departments of the College:
1. Library
2. Halls of Residence
3. Stores
4. Finance.

After clearance, Graduands shall be made to fill Certificates Collection Form at the General Office before they can be issued certificate after the Congregation on Saturday.

Collection of certificates will continue from Monday, 20th May, 2019.

No Graduate will receive his/her certificate without settling any outstanding fees if any or returning any College property in your possession.

PROXY COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE ON CONGREGATION DAY

No one will be allowed to collect certificate on behalf of graduate on the Congregation Day.

Graduate should produce either Student identity card or any national identity card for collection of certificate.

APPROVED FEE FOR COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE

The approved fee for collection of certificate is still Thirty Ghana Cedis (GH¢30.00).
Breakdown of the fees is as follows:

1. GH¢10.00 for certificate
2. GH¢10.00 for photocopies and certification
3. GH¢10.00 for AcCEPSA Membership Registration (Alumni Registration).

The fees must be paid at the Finance Fees and collect receipt before certificate will be issued.

The Original certificate will be issued together with:
1. Four certified copies
2. Certificate folder (jacket).

The College started issuing certificates to Graduates on the Congregation Day from 2016.

The 2016 Group became the first batch to receive certificates on the Congregation Day since the establishment of the College.

Still some Graduates have not collected their certificates after graduation, the College is still keeping certificates from 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, etc.

The College is reminding are reminding Graduates of the College who have not collected their certificates to do so immediately.

Those who still have issues with their certificates should contact the College Administration for the issue to be resolved.
