HTU 21st Congregation Ceremony Schedule 2021

Ho Technical University Congregation Ceremony Date 2021 | The Ho Technical University (HTU) 21st Congregation Ceremony Date and details for 2021 has been announced.

The management of Ho Technical University (HTU) wishes to inform graduating students as well as the general public that the 2021 congregation date has been announced. On this note, all graduating students are mandated to avail themselves on the day of congregation.

Ho Technical University 21st Congregation Ceremony Date

It is announced for the information of graduands of Ho Technical University and the general public that, the 21^st Congregation of the University will be held on Thursday, 28^th and Friday, 29^th January, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. prompt, in the G.M. Afeti Auditorium each day.

Graduands whose names have been published as having satisfied all the requirements for graduation in 2020 and who wish to be presented should register either personally with the Students Records Office or via email ([email protected]) latest by Friday, 22^nd January, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. by providing the following details:

• Full Name (only names registered with the institution shall be recognized)
• Programme of Study
• Contact number(s)

Each graduand is required to pay the congregation fee of GH¢395 (covering hiring of gowns, Certificate, Scroll, Transcript and Certified True Copy of the Certificate).

Payment should be made at any branch of GCB Bank Ltd. and Zenith Bank Ltd. through the Eagle-pay platform by indicating Congregation Fee. An official receipt SHALL be issued by the Bank which must be presented at the Basement of the G.M Afeti Auditorium for registration. Graduands who wish to register via email should attach scanned copy of the payment receipt.

Graduands who may not attend the congregation shall pay GH¢ 395 before they collect their Certificates.

Graduands will be expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation and meals.

The deadline for registration is Friday, 22^nd January, 2021.

The congregation programme of activities is scheduled as follows:

DAY ONE

Thursday, 28^th January, 2021

1. Graduands of the HTU Business School
2. Graduands of the Faculty of Art and Design

DAY TWO

Friday, 29^th January, 2021

1. Graduands of the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Technology
2. Graduands of the Faculty of Engineering

2021 GRADUATION LIST

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO NOTE

1. Distribution of gowns and scrolls to registered graduands commences on Wednesday, 27^th January, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. at designated Faculty sharing points.

2. There would be brief rehearsals for graduands at 8:00a.m prompt on DAY ONE and DAY TWO respectively. Graduands must be punctual and take part in them.

3. Visit the University website (htu.edu.gh) and the main Notice Board at the Afese Block for the graduation list.

4. In strict adherence to the COVID-19 protocols, the following rules SHALL apply during the 21^st Congregation ceremony;

1. Graduands are encouraged to come in their face masks. Note that, NO MASK, NO GRADUATION!

2. Guests and guardians of graduands SHALL NOT be permitted to attend the 21^st Congregation ceremony.
3. There SHALL BE NO group refreshment by graduands on campus.
4. NO commercial or business activity is permitted before, during and after the ceremony.
5. The University has accredited photographers for graduands who wish to take pictures after the ceremony on campus; thus, no other photographer shall be permitted on campus.
