UMaT 12th Congregation Ceremony Schedule 2020

The University of Mines and Technology, UMaT 12th Congregation Date and Schedule 2019. UMaT Congregation Ceremony Schedule for 2020 has been released.

The management of the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT) has released the Congregation Ceremonies Date Schedule for the 2019/2020 academic year. All graduating students should see the UMaT congregation ceremony schedule below.

UMaT Congregation Ceremony Date and Schedule

The University Council, the Vice Chancellor and Management of the University of Mines and Technology announce for the information of the general public that the University will hold its 11th Congregation on SATURDAY, 19TH SEPTEMBER, 2020 at 9:00 AM.

The following groups of Graduands will be presented:

  1. All first class undergraduate graduands who completed their programmes by August, 2020
  2. All postgraduate graduands who completed their programmes by August, 2020

All other undergraduate graduands will be expected to join the congregation ceremony virtually via Zoom Link. (ID to be sent to graduands).

All postgraduate and first class graduands should pay GH¢120.00 while all other undergraduate graduands will pay GH¢60 to cover the presentation tubes, supply of congregation brochures and administrative charges into GCB and Fidelity Bank Account Numbers detailed as follows:

Graduands should register with the Academic and Student Affairs Unit not later than 18th September, 2020 by providing the following information:

  1. Name of Graduand
  2. Programme offered
  3. Name of Faculty and Department
  4. Year of graduation
