UENR 6th Congregation Virtual Ceremony Schedule 2021

The University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) 6th Congregation Date and Schedule 2021. UENR Congregation Ceremony Schedule for 2021 has been released.

The management of the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) has released the Congregation Ceremonies Date Schedule for the 2020/2021 academic year. All graduating students should see the UENR congregation ceremony schedule below.

UENR Congregation Ceremony Date and Schedule

The University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani, wishes to announce to all
2021 graduands and the general public that the 6th Congregation will be held in virtual
mode on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 9.00 am.

Graduating students should check the UENR graduation list and report any correction to the Academic and Students Affairs division.

Payment of Congregation Fees and Registration

All students who completed their programmes of study in 2021 and wish to be
presented at the ceremony should pay a non-refundable graduation fee of
GHS300.00 at GCB Bank only before the close of work on Monday, December 13, 2021.
The graduation fee covers all administrative costs. Graduands are required to provide
the following details at the bank:

  • Full Name
  • Programme of Study
  • Index Number
  • Student ID Number
  • Contact Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

Students who wish to be presented for the virtual ceremony will be required to upload
a decent portrait photograph of themselves (in formal wear) using the graduation
portal: https://graduation.uenr.edu.gh before the close of work on Friday, December
10, 2021. The viewing platform for the ceremony will be www.uenr.edu.gh and
@uenrofficial on Facebook and YouTube.

Compulsory Rehearsal for Selected Graduands

Selected graduands (First-Class undergraduate and all post-graduate graduands) will
attend a compulsory rehearsal on Friday, December 17, 2021, at exactly 2.00 pm, and also collect Academic Gowns thereafter.

Other Arrangements

  • All graduands whether presented or not shall be required to pay same amount
    before receiving their certificate.
  • All graduands are expected to make their own arrangements for
    accommodation and meals.
  • Thanksgiving Church Service will be held at the Auditorium on Sunday,
    December 19, 2021, at 9.00 am.

Collection of Certificates and Diplomas

Graduates may collect their certificates or diplomas beginning Monday, December
20, 2021, at the offices of Faculty Officers in the various Schools. Graduates from the
Dormaa Campus should collect their certificates or diplomas at the Academic and
Students’ Affairs Division (Sunyani Campus).
