KNUST 57th Virtual Congregation Date and Details 2023
The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) 57th Special Congregation Date, Schedule & Registration Procedures for 2023 has been released.
The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi announces for the information of 2023 Graduands and the General Public that its 56th Congregation (Virtual) will be held from Thursday, 9th – Friday, 24th November, 2023.
GRADUANDS who completed their Programmes of Study in August 2023 should pay the appropriate graduation fee at any of the following banks: ECOBANK, GCB, UBA, STANBIC BANK, CAL BANK, REPUBLIC BANK, ABSA BANK, CBG and STANDARD CHARTERED BANK. Â

Graduation Fee
- Graduation Fee (Virtual) – GHC 400.00
The graduation fee covers Congregation Publications, Graduation Medals, Certificate Holders, University Souvenirs, and Administrative Costs.
Graduands are required to provide the following information at the Bank:

- Student ID Number

KNUST Congregation Registration Procedure 2023
Students who wish to be presented for the virtual ceremony will be required to upload a decent portrait picture (in formal wear) using the students’ portal (apps.knust.edu.gh/students).
The deadline for picture upload is YET TO BE ANNOUNCED.

Graduands are expected to be seated THIRTY (30) MINUTES before the commencement of each Programme in the Academic Gown appropriate to their Programme of Study or College and worn preferably over a suit/jacket with a University Tie/Scarf or other suitable but decent dress.
