UCC Congregation Ceremony Date, May 2019. The University of Cape Coast, UCC 51st Congregation Ceremony Schedule (date, time and venue) and registration details for 2019 has been released.
The management of the Univesity of Cape Coast (UCC) has released the congregation ceremony date and schedule for May 2019. On that note, all 2017/2018 graduands and the general public are to take note of the schedule and date.
It is announced for the information of 2017/2018 Graduands of the College of Distance Education (CoDE), theCollege of Health & Allied Sciences (Diploma in Midwifery for Ministry of Health Training Institutions) and the School of Graduate Studies of the University of Cape Coast as well as the general public that, the 7th-17th Sessions of the 51st Congregation for the award of graduate degrees, undergraduate degrees and diplomas to persons who completed their programmes of study in the aforementioned academic year will be held at the New Examination Centre (NEC) as follows:

UCC CONGREGATION REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Tuesday, 21st May, 2019.
All graduands will be required to attend rehearsals at the New Examination Centre on Sunday, 26th May(Monday Group), Monday, 27th May (Tuesday Group), Tuesday, 28th May (Wednesday Group), Wednesday, 29thMay (Thursday Group) and Thursday, 31st May (Friday Group) at 4:00 p.m. each day. Only registered graduands who attend the rehearsals will be presented.
Distribution of Certificates
Certificates will be available for collection after each session. Graduates will be expected to show their ID Cards and clearance chits for inspection before collection of the Certificates.
Graduands are expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation at the Halls of Residence or Hostels in and around the University campus.
Dress code: Formal.
