Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

The Job Purpose Per Our Plan:

To support the wider marketing and sales teams in achieving various customer engagement, acquisition and sales targets.

Your Actual Main Responsibility:

Assist in onboarding and managing business accounts on Hubtel.

Your Specific Day-To-Day Functions:

1. Plan day-to-day route to cover new leads and existing customers
2. Train customers on use of Hubtel products
3. Take ownership of the customer’s point of sale/service (set-up, branding, relationship)
4. Convert leads to active customers

The Perk:

1. Monthly performance bonus in addition to base salary
2. Breakfast and lunch allowance
3. Transportation, telephone and internet data allowance

Who You Must Be: 

1. A fresh graduate or (student) from a good university.
2. Experience in selling Point-Of-Sale solutions is a huge advantage.
3. Ability to drive a car with any of manual or automatic transmission is an advantage.
4. Be a good and confident communicator.
5. Be very comfortable with using modern software tools
6. Be able to speak well in English and at least one of Twi, Ga or Ewe.

How We’ll Measure Your Success:

1. Organize, set-up or onboard at least 40 businesses a month
2. Number of active businesses under your management
3. Turnover of businesses under your management
4. Peer, manager and self-reviews
