About CA Global Africa 

An Internationally recognized, insurance provider is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to be based at their offices in Ghana. They will be responsible for supporting the definition of business propositions for existing and new insurance partnerships and the successful implementation of those business propositions with partners.

Job Description

Job Title: Business Solution Analyst

Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Business Development Manager to define and develop required solutions, document robust Business Cases, Product Proposals, Product specifications, and other project and operational documentation as required
Lead the management of projects in accordance with the Company project management framework, including identification and management of risks and issues
Support the business and project teams in the development of robust processes that meet the Companies established business practice, project delivery and technology guidelines.
Manage and complete required project and work stream activity to agreed timescales and budgets
Ensure that solutions are well documented and issues are identified and clarified/resolved before proceeding to solution development
Ensure all delivered solutions are fully in-line with agreed Solution Proposals and Business Cases.
Provide troubleshooting and support for implemented solutions as required
Utilize previous experience and knowledge to contribute to the design of new solutions and processes
Gather and analyze data on various business functions establishing areas for improvement and cost benefit projections of new and existing processes

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

Relevant undergraduate qualification, in either Business or IT
Prince 2 qualifications / equivalent would be advantageous
Minimum 3 years’ work experience, with prior work experience in Mobile Telecoms networks
Project management experience is imperative
Fluency in English is essential
Individual should be willing to travel
