Job Title: L1 & L2 Support Engineer
Technical Support Engineer responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. You will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, you will contact clients via phone and/or provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.

Job Title: IP Network and Service Integration Engineer
Role purpose: Fintech Service Integration, Architecture and Planning of International IP Networks supporting OpCo and MPS Internet and Private VPN layer 2/3 Services.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
- Work on numerous Greenfield projects, holding some of the responsibility to both design and implement the infrastructures, environments and solutions,
- To understand and document the essential components of core and their associated change control processes and SLA’s.
- To understand and document the essential components of the local market networks in our Opco’s and their associated change control processes and SLA’s.
- To use the above to be able to design end to end network changes in order to support the creation of new application services.
- To be able to effect network changes either hands on, through change process or by directing others.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
- Deep knowledge of Internet and IP/MPLS Network technology. Specifically, Broad and deep technical knowledge of the following as a minimum:
- MPLS (LDP, RSVP, fast re-route, Segment Routing), BGP, ISIS, OSPF, Ethernet (inc. QoS & OAM), L2 & L3 VPNs IP-QoS, BNGs, IP Multicast, PPP, L2TP, 3rd Party Ethernet & broadband access products, MEF services (E-LAN, E-tree , E-Line.), Internet peering & transit, RIPE, IPv6 and NFV.
- Architectural skillset in IP/MPLS technologies and services. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable security best practice awareness across service provider IP/MPLS domains.
- Familiar with Traffic and KPI indicators on IP/MPLS Networks
- Demonstrable thought leadership into emerging technologies for example Software Defined
- To be able to test and sign off network changes performed for projects.
- To understand network availability and performance monitoring and ensure that best practice is applied in these areas to ensure the continuity and safety of services
- To understand network security including VPNs, certificates and encryption mechanisms and how they can be applied for safe communication of data.
- To identify areas where security or other attributes could be improved and use exception and risk logs to track their improvements

- Familiar with Traffic and KPI indicators on IP Networks.
- Competent with AWS Cloud infrastructure and services, Infrastructure as Code specifically Terraform scripts
- Experience with Containers – Docker, Kubernetes
- Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of scripting languages to create well organised, readable and tested code to deliver within the constraints of continuous integration and delivery environments
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- 5 or more years of Technical experience across on networking and integration components in terms of architecture, design , implementation and testing
- CCIE (or equivalent) certification preferred
- Develop and automate change validation to tools before roll out and handle validation.
- Evaluate, select, roll out and support off-shelf tools to improve partner productivity.
- Execute and upgrade integrated interfaces.
- Assist clients to test integrated interfaces

Job Title: In Market Project Lead
The In-Market Delivery Manager will act as the Project Manager with responsibility for projects’ delivery. They will work closely with the local market, Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and Solution Architects. They will align local market resources for their defined services to ensure on-budget project delivery satisfaction for their Market’s Group supported projects.
The In-Market Delivery Manager will guide the Markets and lead local project and technical resources. The role holder will also lead the activities to commercialise demand and work with the Programme Managers as the principle communication hub to Governance, Product and Engineering challenges in the Market’s projects.
Finally the role holder will agree with the Programme Manager and guide the Project Management Office on the projects’ overall priorities, programme demand, capacity management, planning and of local Market constraints, dependencies and priorities..

- Delivery of end to end products and services to assigned Markets
- Delivery leadership within assigned Markets to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Project Executive activities for Service Integrator’s project activities in Markets

Role Purpose:
Pioneering a fintech business and global market leader in mobile money for the unbanked and underbanked to make digital payments.
The Commercial Team works to co-create the product strategy, drive thought leadership, design new products and features, set commercial priorities with the engineering teams and lead business development for strategic multi-country partnership opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include championing the credit portfolio. This includes bringing the voice of the customer, industry trends and design thinking to create solutions for our customer, and actively engaging and influencing key internal and external stakeholders. Champion Credit Product Strategy & Execution:
· Own the vision for credit products
