The Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) 13th Congregation Ceremony Schedule (date, time and venue) and registration procedures for 2019 has been released.
The management of the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) wishes to announce to the general public that the schedule for the first session of the 13th congregation ceremony has been announced.

The GIJ Congregation Ceremony has been scheduled to hold as follows.

Time: 10:00 am
Venue: Accra International Conference Centre (AICC)
GIJ Congregation Registration Procedures
Graduands are required to pay GHC 300 (non-refundable) into the institute’s account number 1070031304406 at any branch of Fidelity Bank, present the payment slip and register at the Academic Affairs Registry and collect their graduation gown.
All students who wish to be present at the First Session of the 13th congregation ceremony are required to register by Thursday 25th July 2019. Only those who have registered by this date will be presented.
Those presented will be expected to be seated by 9.30 am on Saturday 27th July 2019 in the academic gown appropriate to their programme, worn preferably over a suit/jacket with a tie or other suitable dress.
Graduands are to note that those who do not attend the 13th congregation ceremony will also pay the same amount before their certificates are released to them.
NOTE: Certificates can be collected from Monday 12th August 2019, upon the submission of the academic gown, ID Card and Clearance Form.
Failure to return the academic gown after one week will attract a penalty of GHC100.00.
