Ghana Civil Service Graduate Entrance Exams Results 2024

The Ghana Civil Service Online Graduate Entrance Examination Results 2024/2025 is out. All applicants who participated in the exercise should follow the guide below to check their results.

The Office of the Head of the Civil Service (OHCS) wishes to notify candidates who wrote the second round Civil Service Graduate Entrance Examination, on 30^th August, 2024/2025, the release of results of those who passed.

The pass mark was 70%. Candidates may visit the OHCS website, www.ohcs.gov.gh, or at the ground floor of OHCS to check their examination results.

Kindly note that the next stage of the recruitment process into the Civil Service is face-to-face interview session. The date for the interview will be communicated to successful candidates in due course.

Candidates who scored the required pass mark of 70% (21/30) and above have been scheduled for an interview and are required to bring along ORIGINALS of the following Documents;

Academic Certificates
National Service Certificate
Birth Certificate
Valid Photo National ID Card
Affidavit (if you have had a change of Name)

The date of the interview will be communicated to you via text message. You may also visit www.ohcs.gov.gh for the interview schedule.

Candidates who scored between 60% and 69% (18/30 to 20/30) have been scheduled for a second round of written examination. The examination is scheduled to take place as follows;

Venue: Civil Service Training Centre, Cantonments Accra (Opposite the Morning Star School)

Date: To be announced

Time: 8:00 am prompt.

Kindly note that, the written examination is FREE and ONLY for Candidates who scored between 60% and 69%.

Candidates who scored between 0% and 59% were unsuccessful.

NB: All candidates who do not gain employment into the Civil Service and still seek an opportunity to join the Service are required to re-apply via https://www.ohcsonline.com/register from November onwards.

Kindly note that, Hard Copy Applications would not be accepted.

Prospective applicants are also to note that the next Civil Service Online Graduate Entrance Examination is scheduled for February.
