Step 2. Visit https://online.wiuc-ghana.edu.gh and login with your OSN and apply
Option 2. Purchase using MoMo/Credit Card:
Step 1. Purchase the OSN online using the link https://interpayafrica.com/custom/wisconsin
Step 2. Dropdown Fee Type and select OSN
Step 3. Fill the Form and follow through payments for your OSN.
Step 4. Visit https://online.wiuc-ghana.edu.gh and login with your OSN and apply
