University of Ghana Congregation Gown Collection 2022
UG Congregation Gown Collection | The University of Ghana (UG) Legon congregation gown collection procedures and guidelines for the July 2022 ceremony have been released. All graduands who have check their names on the UG graduation list should follow the procedures below to get their gowns.
After payment for the Congregation Ceremony, graduands should pick up their Academic Regalia set comprising a gown, hood and cap (mortarboard); UG souvenir (UG Scarf or Tie) and invitation cards at their associate College’s Collection and Return Points as follows:
UG Congregation – Gown Collection Points
Graduands are to first register for the congregation online and make payment before proceeding to collect their gowns at the following locations:
1. Students from the School of Graduate Studies
 Location: Graduate School Building
Dates: 22nd-28th July, 2022
Time:Â 9.00am- 4.30 pm on week days
2. Graduands from the Medical and Dental Schools
Location: Room 22, Medical School, Korle Bu
Dates: 22nd-28th July, 2022
Time:Â 9.00am- 4.30 pm on week days
RETURN OF ACADEMIC GOWNS
Gowns should be returned to the collection points on the following dates
1. Students from the School of Graduate Studies: Graduate School Building (From 1st- 12th August, 2022)
2. Students from the Medical and Dental Schools- Room 22, Medical School, Korle Bu (1st-5th August, 2022)
PLEASE NOTE
Failure to return gowns by the deadline will attract a weekly penalty. Late submission should be done at Room D7, Academic Affairs Directorate, Registry, where the penalty will be determined.Â
COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES
Certificates can be collected after gowns have been returned to the right location
