This is a full-time onsite role for a Security Operations Manager located in Accra. The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations management, physical security, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and network security.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of dedicated security professionals, shaping the future of our organization and impacting the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role within the security industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Sound knowledge of security operations, procedures, and industry regulations.

Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, GIAC)
