Job Title: Executive Reception Aide
Responsibilities
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for Executives including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Able to create draft communications for executive review and approval.
- Works closely and effectively with C-Level Executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Coordinates logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally.
- Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Management Team and members of staff.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters and personal correspondence.
- Organize C-Level Executive’s internal and external travels
Salary is negotiable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- At least three (3) years of experience supporting a senior-level executive, with significant experience interacting with internal and external organizations at all levels.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
- Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
- Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working in a dynamic, high demand work environment with specific deadlines, where the role required handling and maintenance of highly confidential and sensitive materials.
- Demonstrated success at self-management in regard to changing priorities and workflow.
Language Skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Conversational/Written French a plus

Job Title: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Oversees current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products or services
- Approves and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.

Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communication or related field and a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or related field will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential
- Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
- Proven marketing campaign experience.
- Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities.
- Strong understanding of effective PR and Marketing Communications.
- An ability to lead and inspire marketing teams.
- Effective time management and skills and ability to multitask.
