Responsibilities
1. Assist NTB clients to complete the onboarding journey through phone engagement
2. Be an ambassador for SCB’s digital products, promoting these to existing-to-bank (ETB) and new-to-bank (NTB) clients
3. Introduce SCB’s digital products to clients and assist with sign-ups
4. Direct clients to digital channels and assist with usage
Any other duties assigned by Head of Products and Segments and Head of Digital Drive;
a. Retail Banking digital promotion fulfilment
b. Action on fulfilment data shared by the digital analytics team
c. The campaign leads management
d. Client Care Centre support on digital
Qualification/Skills
1. University degree / Higher diploma
2. Digitally savvy and up-to-date with digital trends
3. Hands-on knowledge of SCB’s digital products and offerings
4. Strong client service orientation
5. Marketing drive
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
7. Excellent presentation skills
