Job Description
Job Title: Account Officers
Job Summary
• Assist with the preparation of monthly management account
• Prepare payroll, SSNIT and tax returns
• Maintain existing financial systems including petty cash, income & expenditure records
• Assist in the preparations of cash book, journals, general ledgers and budget
• compile, process and verify invoices, bills, cheques and receipts
• Maintain the computerized accounting system and ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the system
• Summaries current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports for management.
Qualification Required & Experience
• First Degree and MBA in Accounting or any related financial programme
• Must have not less than 3 years working experience
• Must have knowledge on MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Tally or any accounting software
• Must be above 30 years
