Job Description

Job Title: Compliance Officer

Job Summary

• Assist with the developing, initiating, maintaining, and revising of policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities
• Collaborate with the Head of Risk and Compliance in the overall administration of company and industry regulations
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses across the branches
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, that is developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues
• Monitor and coordinate compliance activities of the company, staff and other service providers
• Ensure all regulatory recordkeeping and reporting requirements and ensure timely updates in response to changes in regulations

Qualification Required & Experience

• First Degree in any related field
• Must have not less than 5 years working experience
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Must have ability to do presentation in power point
• Must have a valid driving license
• Must be above 30 years
