Raptor Technologies is a technology service and products business working in the mining, construction, and agriculture sectors. We are expanding our product offering and accelerating growth by bringing on a dedicated sales team.

Job Title: Business Development Manager


As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving product and service sales across the relevant state. Based in Accra, Ghana, you will have an established Mining/Construction customer or contact base that will allow you to hit the ground running.


To excel in this role you will have experience in selling construction and/or mining technology products, preferably in the GNSS, survey, safety or FMS space. You will have a network of industry contacts giving you a head start in building a customer base.

You will have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound business leads and develop a network of industry contacts to create a sustainable pipeline of work.


  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Providing input into the marketing strategy and schedule

Business Development Manager Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in the creation of professional documents for customer release
