Roles & Responsibilities
•Make clients comfortable by giving them a warm reception in our office.
•Ensure efficiency and professionalism at the front desk and record incoming guests in the visitors book
•Track outgoing and incoming documents and ensure that they are delivered to the right person on time.
•Reconcile invoices (Courier Services) and allocate costs before sending for approval.
•Take initiative by directing clients to the appropriate authority in the absence of a substantive manager
•Ensure emergency telephone lines are well kept and recharged frequently
•Make hotel accommodation and conference reservations for staff and guests for both local and international meetings and events
•Book vehicle for staff within and outside Accra
Requirements for PwC Ghana Entry Level Recruitment
•HND/Diploma qualification preferably Administration, Management Studies and/or at least 3 years relevant working experience
•Fluent in English language
•Fluent in French (added advantage)
•Good interpersonal skills
•Good communication skills
