Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Details

All sales team members will effectively execute all assigned tasks, and maintain high standards of customer service. Team members will create a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly greeting customers in person and on the phone, and helping them to locate the right merchandise that suits their needs. Team members are responsible for consistently working with the management team to grow the business by achieving sales and profit targets.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Parts Sales:

• Sells products and/or services to customers by managing a sales team.
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers he/she comes in contact with.
• Record all sales and/or customer transactions in the invoicing software. Must have an understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
• Uses company equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
• Performs other tasks as required by the business owners.
• Keeps himself/herself groomed and clothed per business guidelines.

2. Customer Service:

• Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns to ensure the problem is corrected to the customer and company’s satisfaction.
• Greet customers immediately and in a courteous manner. Offer all available services and resources to assist in their search for parts.
• Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.

3. Commitments:

• Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously and with dignity
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, other employees, and owners.
• Be early, flexible and available for scheduling.
• Attend and maintain up to date technical training.
• Focus on Quality & Service.
• Demonstrate an interest in growing with the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Sales: 2- 3 years (Preferred)
• Marketing: 2- 3 years

Schedule:

• Some Saturdays required
• 8-hour shift
• Must have laptop
• Must be comfortable going into the Magazine area often to build a network (you will be in the field a lot)
