Switchgear Limited formerly known as Switchgear and Controls Limited was established in 1974 as a pioneer in the manufacture and supply of Low Voltage Distribution Boards, Motor Control Panels, Power Factor Correction Panels, Automatic Mains Failure Panels, Control Desks, PLC, and Instrumentation Panels among many other electrical components. We also specialize in providing water pumping solutions together with our electrical solutions. We currently stock a wide variety of pumps to serve the industry’s needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly sales target
- Receive and process customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner, as well as provide order status updates
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Offer a variety of product solutions to client
- Create and maintain sales records
- Set clear and achievable expectations with clients and achieve them
- Assists the Estimation team to provide quotations to clients when required.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct quarterly reviews of processes to ensure processes are delivering their intended outputs
- Ensure all assigned non-conformances are adequately addressed and corrected.
- Report on opportunities for improvement of the Quality Management System
- Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization
OHSE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify departmental Process Risks and Opportunities
- Conduct a quarterly review of the HSE risk profile
- Evaluate the effectiveness of actions to achieve OHSE departmental objectives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of actions to address departmental OHSE risk
- Address hazards assigned to the department
