Job Title: Graduate Trainee Program

• Actively participate in the Programme (on-the-job tasks, peer learning, mentoring, and training assigned).
• Work on assignments related to an assigned role within a function.
• Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects (on a project basis or as full rotation to other departments).
• Take full responsibility for planning and organizing activities related to your assignment, as well as delivery of assigned objectives, projects, and results.
• Actively propose process and operational improvements.
• Collaborate, develop, and maintain relationships with colleagues from own team, other departments, mentors, project sponsors – while proactively seeking feedback.
• Take full ownership and charge over your development: leverage on each opportunity and feedback.
• Learning on the job and accumulating as much experience and practical knowledge as possible.
• Make a record and document of all things learned for future reference.
• ​Developing decision-making, analyzing, and troubleshooting skills while on the job.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial or Environmental Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering.
• 0- 2 years work experience.
• Completion of National Service.
• Must have legal rights to work in Ghana.
• Ability to learn and grasp quickly.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with the other employees in the company and learn new things.
• Excellent ability to analyze and observe the functioning of various departments.
• Excellent time management skills.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below;

Job Title: Driver

Employment Type: Full-time
Job Level: Junior Level.

Entry Requirements:

• WASSCE
• 0 – 2 years relevant work experience in the same or similar industry
• A Valid Driver’s License with at least 1 Year Validity
• Must have legal Rights to work in Ghana
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English Language
• Ability to learn and grasp quickly.
• Good interpersonal Skills

Job Title: Terminal Operator / Loader

Employment Type: Full-time
Job Level: Junior Level.

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 Credits in WASSCE or Lower Credit grade in Diploma
• 0 – 2 years relevant work experience in the same or similar industry
• Must have legal rights to work in Ghana.​
• Ability to learn and grasp quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
