Job Title: Operations Manager

Qualification

Minimum of First Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, and another related field
A higher qualification or professional qualification will be an added advantage

Working Experience

Minimum of 6 years of working experience, 5 years of which must be in Banking.
Must have been an Operations Manager or Branch Manager for not less than 3 years
Must be computer literate and capable of using T24 Banking software
Must be a good communicator and adaptable to local conditions
Must not be less than 30 years of age

Location: Nkoranza

Qualifications

Minimum of First Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, and another related field
A higher qualification or professional qualification will be an added advantage

Working Experience

Minimum of 10 years of working experience, 8 years of which must be in Banking.
Must have been at least a Branch Manager or Deputy Manager for not less than 5 years
Must be computer literate and capable of using T24 Banking software
Must be a good communicator and team builder and adaptable to local conditions
Must not be less than 35 years of age or more than 48 years of age
