Job Description

Note: The cook should be able to prepare a variety of Turkish meals and sandwiches.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals to the specifications of the Directors.
• Operate kitchen appliances such as blenders, oven, and grill.
• Keeps records and accounts of food purchases.
• Clean food preparation areas before and after working hours.
• Communicate with Directors about how to improve meal service.
• Store food in designated containers.
• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
• Orders ingredient and spices when needed.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be an SHS Graduate.
• Applicants should have certificates in Catering/ Vocational Education.
• Applicants must be thirty (30) years old.
• Applicants must be neat and always presentable.
