We are recruiting to fill the following positions:

Job Title: Services Engineer and Network Engineer
The Services Engineer at Kumasi Technical University among other duties shall undertake the following:
- Design and produce drawings of mechanical services layouts such as Air Conditioning and Refrigeration/Cooling Systems.
- Design and produce drawings of Electrical Layouts/Systems such as Power, Lighting, etc.
- Design and produce drawings of Fire Installations such as Fire Alarms, Smoke Detectors, Fire Extinguishers, etc.
- Design of Solar Energy Systems.
- Design of Lifts/Elevator Systems.
- Construction of all Building Services Works.
- Any other duties that shall be assigned by the Director of Works and Physical Development.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Building Services Engineering or related qualification.
- Member of a recognized professional body.
- Two (2) years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Job Title: Architect / Quantity Surveyor / Junior Assistant Development Officer
The Architect shall undertake the following duties among others:
- Preparation of Land-use Plans and Master Plans for the University.
- Assist in Planning and Managing Strategic Infrastructural
- Developments of the University.
- Assist in implementing the Master Plan of the University.
- Architectural Designs and Production of Drawings of Infrastructural Projects.
- Assist in offering technical advice for the successful implementation of infrastructural projects among others.
Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Architecture or related qualification.
- Member of a recognized professional body.
- Two (2) years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Built Environment or related qualification.
- Member of a recognized professional body preferably Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS).
- Two (2) years of relevant post-qualification experience.
