KTU 16th Congregation Ceremony Schedule 2020 Postponed

Koforidua Technical University 16th Congregation for 2020 has been scheduled for the award of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) Degree and Higher National Diploma (HND).

LATEST UPDATE:

Pursuant to the indefinite postponement of the 16th Congregation of Koforidua Technical University (KTU), Management has decided to put on hold the distribution of certificates to BTech graduands until further notice. Any inconvenience caused in this matter is deeply regrettable.

 

It is announced for the information of Koforidua Technical University Alumni and the General Public that, the 15th Congregation of the University for the award of Bachelor of Technology (B’Tech.) Degree and Higher National Diploma (HND) to persons who completed their programmes of study in 2018 has been slated for Saturday, 13th April, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at the University’s Ceremonial Grounds. 

Graduands who wish to be presented at the Congregation are to register at the Students’ Services Department on or before Wednesday, 10th April, 2019. The following particulars shall be required:

The Congregation fees are as follows:

  1. Degree (B.Tech.) – GH¢300
  2. HND – GH¢250

Payments are to be made into KOFORIDUA TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY D/S ACCOUNT NUMBER2011010016896301 at any networked Branch of ADBGCB Account Number 2011130001949, Fidelity Bank Account Number 1056716545317 before Wednesday, 10th April, 2019 to cover the following:

Cost of Certificate Holders

Hiring of Academic Gowns

Congregation Brochure

Souvenirs

Pay-in-slips are to be presented at the Revenue and Payables Department (Administration Block, RM AB105) for receipts.

There will be rehearsals for graduands on Friday, 12th April, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at the Ceremonial Grounds. Graduands who fail to present themselves for the rehearsals shall not be graduated.

There will be Time with Alumni (a live band in attendance) immediately after the rehearsals at the same venue.

Graduands are required to come along with two guests each whose accommodation and meals shall be borne by the graduands themselves.

All graduands are to note that those who are unable to attend the Congregation shall be required to pay the same amount before the collection of their certificates.
