Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Acting as the first point of contact to the Managing Director
  2. Managing diaries, organizing meetings, setting appointments, often controlling access to the Managing Director
  3. Receiving phone enquiries and requests, correspondences and handling them where appropriate
  4. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation as and when necessary
  5. Reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines
  6. Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  7. Organizing meetings, ensuring the Managing Director is well prepared for meetings and taking minutes
  8. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  9. Conducting research on behalf of the Managing Director
  10. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  11. Miscellaneous tasks to support the Managing Director

Job Requirements/Qualification

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • First Degree in any relevant Discipline
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
