UHAS 8th Congregation Ceremony Schedule 2023
The University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) Congregation Ceremony 8th session has been scheduled to hold in January 2023.
The management of the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) has released the DECEMBER 2023 congregation ceremony date. All graduating students should see the UHAS congregation ceremony schedule.

UHAS 8th Congregation Schedule – January 2023
It is announced for the information of all eligible Graduands and the general public that the 1st Session of the 8th Congregation is scheduled to be held at the Cedi Auditorium on the Main Campus, Sokode-Lokoe as follows:
The 8th Congregation for the award of degrees to persons who completed their programmes of study in the aforementioned year, will be held as follows:
Morning
- Date:Â Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.
- Schools: FNBSPH, SBBS and Postgraduate (FNBSPH and SAHS)
- Graduands should be seated by 8:00 a.m.
Afternoon
- Date:Â Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 12:30 noon.
- Schools:Â SAHS, SOM, SONAM and SOP
- Graduands should be seated by 12:00 noon.
NOTICE TO ALL GRADUANDS
1. PAYMENT OF GRADUATION FEES
All graduands are expected to pay an amount of GH₵ 500.00 into UHAS PROJECT ACCOUNT, Number: 5011130017007, GCB-HO Main Branch. and proceed to: www.uhas.edu.gh/en/congregation for further information
2. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, December 15 2023
3. DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES
Certificates will be issued to graduates upon the submission of;
a) Completed UHAS clearance form
b) Student ID Card,
immediately after the graduation ceremony.
4. REHEARSAL
All Graduands will be required to participate in the rehearsal on December 15, 2023 at 3.00 p.m. in the Cedi Auditorium.
5. GRADUATION GOWNS:
After rehearsal, your graduation gowns will be ready for collection at the SBBS Block on the Main Campus.
