Following the released of the UEW congregation schedule, the management of the University of Education Winneba (UEW) has released schedule for the collection of academic gown for the 30th congregation ceremony.
UEW Collection of Academic Gowns for the 30th Congregation
The First Session of the 30th Congregation for Winneba Campus has been scheduled as follows:
Date: Wednesday, 26th to Saturday, 29th November, 2025
Time: 9:00am Each Day
Venue: Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre
Mode: In Person
The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs (ODSA) has made available all categories of academic gowns for the First Session of the 30th Congregation at the School of Business Block, North Campus, Winneba.
Convocation members are entreated to be part of the Vice-Chancellor’s procession for the congregation.
Please note that the academic gown must be returned immediately after the congregation ceremony.
Any late return of academic gowns will result in a fee being levied. This fee has been established to encourage a prompt return of gowns ensuring that they are available for future purposes. Your cooperation is highly anticipated.
