Job Title: Medical Officer
Responsibilities
• Contributing clinical expertise to patient care and providing guidance to junior physicians.
• Performing administrative duties and risk management.
• Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
• Verifying complex diagnoses and facilitating treatment plans.
• Supervising, and mentoring healthcare professionals and collaborating with consultants.
• Managing allocated budgets and identifying areas of improvement inpatient care.
• Keeping informed on advancements in the field and contributing to medical research programs.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.
• Ensuring consistent and accurate medical recordkeeping practices.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine.
• A Master’s degree in Health Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) would be advantageous.
• 5+ years’ clinical experience.
• At least four years’ experience in health administration.
• Clinical risk management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of medical research methodology and ethics.
• Extensive knowledge of medical recordkeeping practices.
• Advanced ability to ensure the highest standards in patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ability to keep abreast of advancements in the field of specialization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Title: Accounts Officer
Responsibilities
• Management of petty cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
• Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
• Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
• Preparation of statutory accounts.
• Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
• Planning and budget control.
• Assisting chartered accountants with audits.
• Preparation of financial reports.
• Prepares daily and monthly credit sales report with ageing analysis
• Updates all accounts receivable ledgers of customers/ clients
• Obtain and mails invoice copies for customers, reconciled customers account as requested
• Filing returns of VAT, PAYE, SSNIT and CIT
• Payroll administration
• Handles and Processes customer claims of invoices for payment
• Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follows up
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments or other irregularities and provide needed support for collection
• Establish credit limitations on customers account

Job Title: Administrative Officer
Responsibilities
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Qualifications
• A minimum of HND/BSc Degree is required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions.
• Record patients’ medical information and vital signs.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient’s condition.
• Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
• Direct and supervise less-skilled nursing/health care personnel, or supervise a particular unit on one shift.
• Prepare patients for and assist with, examinations and treatments.
Qualifications
• A minimum of Diploma/BSc Degree is required
• Nurses should be caring, sympathetic, responsible, and detail-oriented
• They must be able to direct or supervise others, correctly assess patients’ conditions, and determine when consultation is required
• They need emotional stability to cope with human suffering, emergencies, and other
stresses.
