Key Accountabilities
• Provide leadership for a portfolio of properties
• Provide exceptional organizational and leadership to the facilities team
• International exposure in customer service focused industries is beneficial
• Ensuring Coordination and management of daily operation of the Unit to enhance customer service.
• Leading all projects, repairs, maintenance and installation of conventional buildings
• Follow up on correction of defects in material or workmanship of contractor’s work
Qualifications
• A degree and a Project Management Qualification
• 15 years facilities management experience in Large Properties.
