Main Purpose of Appointment:
Plan and supervise all activities on Harvesting to high forestry standards in carrying out the following core duties:
Forest harvesting involves cutting trees and delivering them to sawmills, pulp mills and other wood-processing plants. Its practical components include road construction, logging and log transportation.
Assist the forester to supervise the manual workforce and labourers (Mechanical-trucks and tractors) in all areas under establishment
