We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Engineering Director

Responsibilities:

Overseeing all related technical elements, leading the Engineering, O&M and Project Management teams including:

Developing a strategy
Training and developing an eager to learn and hungry technical team
Working closely with the BD teams ensuring technical synergy and working towards supporting customers and commercial goals
Overseeing the development and implementation of technical projects
Championing health, safety, and environmental standards

Skills/Competencies

Strong technical knowledge in medium-large size Solar PV AND battery storage
Proven track record of managing and developing a team of engineers
Engineering Degree qualified or equivalent
Experienced in managing and completing solar projects
Design experience is an advantage

Please note you would be required to relocate to Africa and be willing to travel in-country. For the right candidate, this role will be available on a remote basis with frequent travel to Africa.
