Job Title: Lead Data Engineer & Analyst

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Identifying the necessary metrics and creating reports to increase understanding of the business, proactively identifying pain points or opportunities through systemic measurement.
• Presenting qualitative and quantitative analysis to key stakeholders by blending advanced reporting and project management skills.
• Support the automation of data submission retrieval from identified APIs, web links, and databases.
• Extracting data from different sources and building data pipelines that are robust and efficient.
• Gatekeeper for data quality.
• Thinking strategically to identify user needs, interpret client challenges, and define experiences, always mindful of how the end product looks and works.
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets.
• Work with management to prioritize business and data needs.
• Conduct impact analysis and gap analysis as per product and business needs.
• Collaborate with DE for insight automation when dealing with recurring data requests or information.
• Create data visualizations to effectively convey findings.
• Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate

Basic Qualifications:

• Programming experience in one or more languages (eg Python, PHP,)
• 3+ years of Data Analyst or Research Analyst experience.
• Experience with Database Architecture.
• SQL scripting for analysis and reporting.
• Experience processing, filtering, and presenting insights around large data sets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data analysis

• ETL / Airflow / Data pipelines
• DBT
• Data Modeling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing Rest APIs and using Rest APIs testing tools eq: Postman,…
• Git, Git hooks, unit test frameworks.
• Knowledge of Python Libraries; open CV, Numpy, Pandas
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment and to learn new frameworks/stacks
