- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field
- Have a strong command of the English language & superior written communication skills
- Have strong technical and digital literacy
- Have access to a computer with reliable internet access
- Have an understanding of sustainability issues
- Be willing to live and work in Juapong, Ghana for the last 6 weeks of the program
