• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field
• Have a strong command of the English language & superior written communication skills
• Have strong technical and digital literacy
• Have access to a computer with reliable internet access
• Have an understanding of sustainability issues
• Be willing to live and work in Juapong, Ghana for the last 6 weeks of the program
