If selected, the trainee will be paid to go through a 3-month intensiveness training program. This program will be virtual, allowing the trainee to work from home on their own computer. At the end of the training program, the trainee will be evaluated and upon successful completion may be offered a full-time Media Manager position. This is a part-time position, demanding the trainee devote 20 hours a week (Monday through Friday) for 3 months.
Salary for the training program is 400 Ghana Cedi per month (working 20 hours a week). If hired for the full-time position, after the training program, salary will be increased to reflect increased responsibility and time commitment.
Applicants must:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
- Have a strong social media presence (to demonstrate existing competency)
- Have a strong command of the English language & superior written communication skills
- Have strong technical and digital literacy
- Have access to a computer with reliable internet access
- Have an understanding of sustainability issues
