NMC Ghana Virtual Induction Ceremony Schedule 2020

:00The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Ghana virtual induction ceremony schedule for successful candidates for the 2019 and 2020 Licensing Examinations has been released.

The management of the Nursing and Midwifery Council wishes to inform candidates for the 2019 and 2020 licensing examinations that the induction ceremony for newly qualified Nurse Assistants, Nurses and Midwives will be held on December 14, 2020.

The ceremony will be conducted ONLINE for all qualified inductees across the country simultaneously as follows:

Date: Monday, December 14, 2020

Time: 9:00AM

Please find below the category of practitioners who will be inducted this year.

Modalities for the Conduct of the 2020 Virtual Induction Ceremony

1. Qualified Nurse Assistants, Nurses and Midwives would be required to register online for participation in the induction ceremony (The link will be provided and communicated on all our social media platforms).

2. Successful candidates in the 2020 licensing examinations would be required to pay the relevant registration fee and proceed to register online for the induction ceremony.

3. The online registration will afford inductees to choose their preferred regional office to collect their pendants and badges after the induction ceremony.

How to Register for NMC virtual Induction Ceremony 2020

  1. Go to our website https://nmc.gov.gh/web/
  2. Under the Online Services click on Induction Registration. Read the instructions carefully, scroll to the bottom of the page and fill the form.
  3. Upload picture of your Registration payment receipt issued to you by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (If you are using a smartphone, you can take a photo shot of the receipt using the phone camera and upload)
  4. On completion of filling the form, click on Submit.

Please note the following:

1. The official transmission channel for the virtual ceremony is Council’s YouTube Channel (nmcofghana) and will be stream live on Facebook (Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana) and Twitter (NMCGH_Official) handles.

2. Inductees can present their receipt of payment for registration to any of our regional offices to collect their badges and pendants.
