Key responsibilities

As Guest Relations Manager, you will directly address the needs of Guests and inform other team members of their needs in order to ensure an exceptional Guest experience. You are also responsible for managing the first impression of our Guests and therefore must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Be the hotel’s custodian / Ambassador of Guests comfort and well-being.
Ensure that the guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
Anticipate guests’ needs.

•Ability to listen and respond to Guest needs
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Accountable and resilient
•Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
•Ability to work under pressure
•Flexible to respond to a variety of different work situations
•Previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager.
•You will have a high degree of ‘emotional intelligence’, remaining rational and calm under pressure as well as open-minded and excited by cultural and professional diversity.
