Job Title: Cook

Job Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Operating cooking equipment, preparing food, mixing ingredients, ensuring food quality, maintaining food preparation areas clean, and serving orders.
• Must know how to cook both continental and intercontinental dishes

Skills

• Must know how to cook both continental and intercontinental dishes
• Thorough knowledge of the full range of food preparation principles, techniques and procedures in a restaurant setting

Requirements

• Must possess NVTI certificate or certificate of equivalency
• Must have a valid food hygiene certificate
• Minimum Experience: 2 years
