The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Ghana Office is the government agency that implements grant aid and technical cooperation program of the Government of the Republic of Korea in Ghana, Togo and Benin
WFK (World Friends Korea) Program, operated by Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), is the volunteer dispatch program of the Government of Republic of Korea to Ghana. Korea volunteers and advisors are dispatched to Ghana for activities in the field.
Job Title: KOICA World Friends Korea (WFK)/Administrative Officer
Labone, Accra, Greater Accra Region; with occasional business trip
Specialized management for Korean volunteers.
Support the planning of the annual volunteer dispatch program and coordinate with related stakeholders.
Provide general administrative and clerical support on the writing of official letter, SSNIT payment, immigration service such as visa and residence permit application, tax refund, insurance, and DVLA related service such as car registration etc.
Provide support in the general office management, operational and maintenance such as purchase of office supplies, internet management, banking, courier service, payment of utilities (ECG and GWCL), etc.
Schedule and coordinate work activities, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements of other KOICA staffs.
Qualification and Requirements
Education Level : Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: A minimum three (3) years in relevant office or volunteer management
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel, and MS Power Point.
Willing to develop a good teamwork and partnership with other staffs
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Knowledge in diplomatic procedure will be an added value
Term of Contract
First contract: Date of assumption until 31. Mar. 2018
Second contract : 1-year contract with possibility of extension depending on performance
Salary : Negotiable
