KNUST Virtual Graduation Ceremonies for Ministry of Health Training Institutions 2023. The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Graduation Ceremonies for Ministry of Health Training Institutions 2023 schedule and dates have been released.

The Graduation Ceremonies for the Ministry of Health Training Institutions will be held on Wednesday, 13th December, Thursday, 14th December and Friday, 15th December, 2023.

GRADUANDS are required to pay a graduation fee of THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY GHANA CEDIS (GH¢350.00) at any of the following Banks: ECOBANK, GCB BANK, UBA, CAL BANK, REPUBLIC BANK, ABSA BANK, CBG, STANDARD CHARTERED and STANBIC BANK.

Deadline for payment is YET TO BE SPECIFIED.

The graduation fee covers Congregation Publications, Certificate Holder, University Souvenirs, Graduation Photographs and Administrative Costs.

Graduands are to provide the following information at the Bank:

• Programme of Study
• Student ID Number
• Telephone Number
• Email Address:

Procedure for Registration

Students who wish to be presented for the virtual ceremony will be required to upload a decent portrait picture (in formal wear) using the students portal (apps.knust.edu.gh/students).

Deadline for picture upload is YET TO BE SPECIFIED.

Graduands should report to their respective halls a day before their graduation to pick up their gowns and other souvenirs.

Note

• All graduands are required to submit their pay-in-slip for their official receipt and academic gowns
• All graduands are to be seated 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony
• Graduands who report late will not be admitted to the ceremony.
• Attire is FORMAL

Collection of Certificates

Those who are unable to come during the graduation period should visit the Examinations Office at the Casely-Hayford Building for their certificates and souvenirs.
