Accounting for all transactions – Warehouse Stocks and expenses while maintaining appropriate ledgers and accounting processes.
To ensure compliance with Financial and Cost Accounting Systems and Financial Policies.
To participate in periodic audits of systems, accounting records, accounting practices and internal controls with a view to improve accounting, controls and tighten leakages.
To ensure timely submission of statutory returns-PAYE, SSNIT, VAT et cetera.
Preparing for and liaising with auditors to ensure a timely yearly audit.
Managing finance/accounts for stock and sale operations.
To monitor and highlight deviations from budget on overheads and determine corrective action with the Finance Manager
Coordinating with sales teams on receivables and payable

Qualifications:

Degree in Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification.
2-5 years of functional experience with technical knowledge of cash management, and financial analysis processes.
