Ho Technical University Congregation Ceremony Date 2019 | The Ho Technical University (HTU) 19th Congregation Ceremony Date and details for 2019 has been announced.
The management of Ho Technical University (HTU) wishes to inform graduating students as well as the general public that the 2019 congregation date has been announced. On this note, all graduating students are mandated to avail themselves on the day of congregation.

Ho Technical University 19th Congregation Ceremony Date
It is announced for the information of graduands of Ho Technical University and the general public that, the 19th Congregation of the University will be held onSaturday, 30th March, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. prompt in the G.M. Afeti Auditorium.
Graduands who completed their programmes of study in 2018 and wish to be presented should register either personally or via email (congregation@htu.edu.gh) with the Admissions Unit latest 4:30 p.m on Monday, 25th March, 2019, by providing the following details:
- Full Name (ONLY names registered with the institution shall be recognized)
- Programme of Study
- Current Address
Each graduand is required to pay congregation fee of GH¢380 (covering hiring of gowns, certificate holders & Scroll, Transcript, Certified True Copy of the Certificate and Photograph and 50th Anniversary cloth) directly into Ho Technical University Account, details of which are as follows:

Graduands who may not attend the congregation shall pay GH¢ 380 before they collect their Certificates.
Graduands will be expected to make their own arrangements for accommodation and meals for themselves and their guests.
The deadline for registration is Monday, 25th March, 2019.
The congregation programme of activities is scheduled as follows:
Friday, 29th March, 2019
- Collection of gowns by all registered Graduands
Time: 10:00am – 2:00 p.m.
Venue: Designated Faculty sharing points - Congregation Rehearsal
Time: 2:00 p.m.
Venue: G.M. Afeti Auditorium
Saturday, 30th March, 2019
