Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) is a Statutory Corporation established under Ghana’s Provisional National Defence Council Law (PNDCL 160) of 1986 to build, plan, develop, manage, maintain, operate and control ports in Ghana.

Ghana Ports and Habour Authority Recruitment Requirements
The successful candidate must have
- A good first degree and a relevant Master’s degree from a reputable university
- A Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage but not required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing people
- Experience in labour-related issues
- Experience in collective bargaining
- An understanding of the Maritime industry will be a plus
