www.ghanaimmigration.org Shortlisted Candidates:  The Ghana Immigration Service (GIS) wishes to inform the general public, especially applicants who applied for GIS enlistment/recruitment 2025/2026, that the list of shortlisted candidates for the Ghana Immigration Service recruitment exercise has been released online.

GHANA IMMIGRATION RECRUITMENT SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES

Ghana Immigration Service, GIS Recruitment List of Shortlisted Candidates for the 2025 GIS Recruitment exercise has been successfully uploaded online; follow the leads below to access the list:

Visit the GIS Recruitment Portal via http://www.gisrecruitments.com/ to access the list.

Candidates are requested to take note of their selection centre and to bring along with them the following documents:

1. Copy of the print out of the reply to your online application (qualified to the next stage)

2. Birth Certificate (Original) not Baptismal Certificate
3. JHS Certificate   (Original & Photocopies)
4. SHS Certificate   (Original & Photocopies)
5. Two (2) passport-size photographs

Failure to submit ALL the aforementioned documents automatically renders a candidate disqualified.

What to do If You’ve Not Received Message (SMS)

According to the official report by the Ghana Immigration Service, candidates who have not received any SMS yet should follow the instructions below.

Report on the screening Centre in your Selected Region

It has been noted that some applicants, despite being selected at the online stage of the application process, have not received messages for the Body Selection and Document Authentication Stage of the process.

All such persons are entreated to report to the designated screening Centre in the region selected between Monday, October 25, and Thursday, October 28, 2025, at 6 am with their confirmation slip and original copies of all certificates (birth and education).

N/B: It is illegal to pay for Ghana Immigration Service, GIS Job, and never you patronize a fraudster parading themselves as officers of  GIS asking you to pay money for them to help you get the job (If you are caught, of course you know what will happen to you).
