GCUC 10th Congregation Ceremony Schedule 2018

The Garden City University College, GCUC Congregation Ceremony Schedule 2018. GCUC 10th Congregation Ceremony Date and Schedule for 2018 has been released.

THE GARDEN CITY UNIVERSITY COLLEGE announces for the information of 2018 Graduands and the General Public that it would hold its 10th Congregation on SATURDAY, JULY 21, 2018 at 10:00am prompt.

GRADUANDS who completed their programmes of study in May 2018 would be presented at the Ceremony. Accordingly, those who wish to be presented are requested to register and:

a) Pay GH¢280.00  at any branch of the Ghana Commercial Bank.

b) Account Name: Garden City University College

c) Accounts No: 6011130013486, Kumasi Main branch

d) Present the payment slip at the GCUC’s Accounts Office.

e) Graduands will then register at the Enquiries Office, GCUC.

The amount paid covers Congregation Publications, Hiring of Academic Gowns, Certificate Folders, University Souvenir and Administrative Costs, etc.

A Congregation Rehearsal would be organized on Friday, July 20, 2018 for registered graduands at 3:00pm at the Assembly Hall of the University College. Graduands who fail to attend the rehearsal will not be presented. Graduands are expected to collect their Academic gowns after the rehearsal.

Graduands would be expected to be seated Thirty (30) minutes before the commencement of the programme in the Academic gown appropriate to their Faculty and worn  preferably over a suit/jacket or other suitable but decent dress.
